Today, I am a certified life coach with the Coach Training Alliance, and I am deeply passionate about helping women like you overcome similar struggles and achieve lasting change.

How I Can Help You

My coaching practice is founded on the principles of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and self-love. Through transformative coaching, we’ll create real, lasting change in your life.

Anxiety-Busting Techniques: Learn scientifically proven methods like mindfulness, grounding, and meditation to reduce anxiety and its impact on your daily life. These tools will help you live more freely and fully.

Cultivating Self-Love: Together, we’ll discover the power of self-acceptance, helping you build a positive self-image and unshakable confidence. You’ll also learn how to create a protective “Teflon coating” against judgment from others.

Emotional Resilience: Building emotional resilience is at the core of my coaching. With mindfulness practices, you’ll enhance your inner peace, manage stress, and prevent burnout. You’ll learn strategies to stay strong, centered, and emotionally resilient.

My courses are designed specifically to address your unique needs and challenges, ensuring that you receive everything you need to lead a full, contented, and empowered life.

How it started

I first began coaching informally within a Facebook group in which I was an admin. I was teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills because learning DBT had a transformative effect on my life. Over the more than 8 years of doing this, I came to see and understand that the vast number of my informal clients were suffering from a lot of anxiety. I had also suffered from anxiety for most of my adult life, but learning DBT helped me learn how to manage it. So I developed what I called my anxiety-busting techniques, which were a combination of mindfulness practice, breathing exercises, and grounding exercises.

And I began to watch many of them get their anxiety under control. I also came to see the way many of my female clients had porous boundaries, little self-esteem, and didn’t really like themselves very much. They also did not know how to nurture themselves so they could recharge. I felt that the lack of self-care skills fed into their anxiety and amplified it.

Over the years, I watched these women transform themselves and learn how to live happier lives instead of being stuck in lives of futile desperation.
