Most women find it extremely difficult to love themselves. I know, I’ve been there too. I believe this is
because we are conditioned from childhood to be “modest” and “humble” and not call attention to
ourselves. For many of us, this sets us on a path of self-loathing and the self-destructive patterns that

go with those feelings.
