Six week 45 minute sessions in a one on one video course. $600.00 per course PLUS 13% GST
Self-Care involves doing more than just the rudimentary exercises of things like brushing your teeth or taking a shower in the morning. It is the practice of doing things FOR yourself like sitting and reading a book or listening to relaxing music, away from your daily grind and your normal responsibilities. Most women need to learn how to make Self-Care a priority so they don’t forget how to nurture their soul while also taking care of everyone else. It is not “selfish” to practice Self-Care. It is, in fact, a necessary thing to learn if you don’t want to be filled with anger, resentment and bitterness.
